About Pat Woodruff Cohan
Pat began doing voice and on-camera work in 1982. In the years since she has had the opportunity to work with many creative producers, writers and directors, videographers, engineers and actors. She has shared hosting a radio show, "The New York Lottery News Network", with Jeff Ronner, has been a host of the NORI  Awards in Albany, NY and has voiced political campaigns throughout New York state for many years. It's a collaborative profession; Pat's a team player, a good listener, is able to interpret needs and deliver the goods!
Pat has also played roles in original screenplay readings for Upstate Independent Filmakers: Movies Without Pictures, in Albany, NY. Experience in the theatre and many years as a jazz singer enhances her multidimensional approach to voice and on-camera work; she welcomes direction! Her most recent acting stint was as Susan B. Anthony in the original play, "The Stone That Started the Ripple," with the Making Waves Troupe from Saratoga Springs, NY.
Pat voices audiobooks as well, two of which are for Randon House audiobooks: "Mean Genes" by Terry Burnham and Jay Phelan, and "Organizing For the Creative Person," by Lehmkuhl and Lamping.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts, and a second B.A in English Literature, and trained in Acting, Voice and Dance in NYC and Atlanta, GA.

Calling on her years with her family's retail business, The Village Bookshop in Poultney, VT, as well as many subsequent sales jobs, Pat has experience in all phases of retail sales from Sales Associate to Buyer and Manager. These positions required a wide range of skills including sales skills, print and broadcast advertising copy writing, display and outside sales. Good organizational skills were a must.
